Well, we welcomed in 2008 rather quietly this year, which honestly, I wouldn't have had it any other way. A quiet few days around here are much appreciated. The snow flurries outside remind me that winter is settling in. Time to slow down and recharge batteries for a little while. (Currently, I'm cuddled up on the sofa with Miss Binx napping at my side.) It won't be long before everything is on the go again. In the mean time I'm going to welcome the change of pace and enjoy it while it lasts.
